Welcome to HeroNest. By creating a household or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Using HeroNest
HeroNest is a tool to help families organise and appreciate household work. You may use it for your own household. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other households' data.
Your account and household
You are responsible for the activity in your household and for the family members you add. An adult account holder manages child profiles. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in uses an emailed code.
Children
Child profiles are created and supervised by a parent or guardian. The account holder is responsible for any child's use of the app and for deciding whether to enable optional features such as pocket money.
Subscriptions and trial
HeroNest offers a free trial, after which continued use of premium features requires a per-household subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the app store you installed from, and are managed there. If a subscription lapses, your data remains available to view and export.
Your content
The tasks, notes, and other content you create belong to you. You can export or delete your data at any time. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that content to provide the service.
Deleting your account
You can delete your household or your entire account from within the app at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your account record and your household's data.
Disclaimer
HeroNest is provided "as is." Any estimated household-work values are illustrative only and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of HeroNest.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
